If you have less time but still want Wolfsgrube, Simmerich and Hohe Warte, this compact Goldstadttour (~12 km) is a strong option. Start and finish are on Schonbornstrasse in Hohenwart, around 15 minutes from Schellbronn. The route suits a half to three-quarter hiking day.

Via Hasenackerweg and Wolfsgrubenweg, you first reach Wolfsgrube in Hagenschiess forest, an impressive natural monument with information board and views toward Liebeneck. From there, Grenzweg and Heuweg lead farther into the city forest.

Schellbronner Simmerich is the core section: a quiet forest passage on the ridge between Hohenwart and Schellbronn, with pines and meadow orchards at the edge. Via Hohenwarter Kopfle, one of the viewpoints on the Biet plateau, the tour climbs to Hohe Warte.

At Hohe Warte (573 m above sea level), the observation tower is gone. Then descend by Unterreichenbacher Strasse and Klebweg back to the start. Medium difficulty, about 3 hours walking time. Sturdy shoes are usually enough; bring snacks because there is no food stop on route.

Works well as an addition to the short "Round Hohenwart" loop or before an evening in Schellbronn.
