Yes. Das Bollenhuthaus is a holiday home in Schellbronn (a district of Neuhausen im Enzkreis), Ruibrunnenstraße 23. It is an A-frame house (Nurdachhaus) for up to 5 guests, at the forest edge, with terrace, private garden, grill and fire bowl. Availability: dasbollenhuthaus.de.

Yes. Das Bollenhuthaus is a Nurdachhaus in Schellbronn at the forest edge of the Northern Black Forest (540 m above sea level): sleeping under the ridge, terrace to the garden, forest trails from the door. Other privately rented A-frame houses stand in the former holiday park.

No — as a ridge-roof house, stairs lead to the sleeping area upstairs. It is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests who need step-free accommodation.

No — the price is for the whole house. Children count towards occupancy at no extra charge. We provide a free cot on request (please mention when booking).

Self check-in from 4 p.m. with prior instructions — check-out by 10 a.m. You will receive access details in good time before arrival.

A quiet weekend with friends is welcome — including a relaxed celebration in a small group. Loud parties, larger events or over-occupancy are not permitted. Quiet hours from 10 p.m.

Not indoors. Outdoors only at a distance from the house and terrace. Please keep windows and doors closed so smoke does not drift inside.

Well heated — even in the colder months. Air conditioning for heating and cooling; we pre-heat before your arrival. The radiators regulate automatically and keep the temperature stable, so you won't walk into cold rooms.

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation booked for a specific date (§ 312g (2) no. 9 German Civil Code). We provide cancellation terms and deadlines before you book; they are also described in our Terms & Conditions.
