Well heated — even in the colder months. We pre-heat before your arrival: the radiators regulate automatically and keep the temperature stable, so you won't walk into cold rooms.

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation booked for a specific date (§ 312g (2) no. 9 German Civil Code). We provide cancellation terms and deadlines before you book; they are also described in our Terms & Conditions.
